This is a privately owned apartment, by a professional couple who live in the UK, and rent out when they are not using it.
It has been completely renovated with all new furniture. Therefore you will not experience low cost or budget furniture or appliances
Costs vary according to the seasons and for longer rentals we can be flexible over terms
Please note that rates quoted are based on a 4 week rental basis so please adjust for shorter lets on a pro-rata basis.
Peak season (December-April) is $2,500 per month. Mid season (May-August) is $2,000. Low season (September-November) is $1,600 per month
Condo available mid June 2010 through to mid August 2010. Also available mid-September to mid-November 2010.
Condo booked mid August to early September and reserved from 25th December 2010 to January 1st 2011.
Unfortunately no pets or smokers please
We will require a refundable deposit ($200)
A cleaning fee of $85 is also levied (for much longer lets this can increase to $100)
We have a local management agent who is on call in case of emergencies.
